I'm a working professional with two grown kids that are never home on the weekends and one will be moving to college in the summer. I've been married for 26 years and am extremely fearful of being an empty nester. We have had numerous pets over the years. Total of 4-dogs, 1 cat, many hamsters, toads, tortoises, fish, you name we've had it. My heart has always been with Dogs - large or small. We don't have the room to have more but, trust me I would have a whole menagerie. So what better way than to take advantage of Rover and start pet sitting or dog walking for others in my spare time. We currently have a little chihuahua (Booster) which is my daughters and is getting up there in age, and Black Lab (Cash - the Puppy in Black) who is almost five and who is a trained bird dog and spend quite a bit of time in the fall hunting pheasants and fowl with my husband and kids. Which leaves me home alone missing them all very much.
