Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life - currently my Boston Terrier Chihuahua, Luke, and my other chihuahua mix, Canela! I also frequently care for my aunts Border Collie, Blue, and her Australian Shepherd, Gerdy.

I have known Marcus for several years, he is a very close friend and former roommate. Marcus is one of the most responsible and trustworthy people I know. When my elderly cat was still alive, Marcus is the only person that I entrusted with her care when I was out of town. In general, Marcus has a lot of experience with animals that have special needs, and he has a calm enough demeanor that animals from all backgrounds feel comfortable around him. This is extremely important because Marcus is a pet parent to two rescue dogs from rough backgrounds. I highly recommend him for pet sitting and know that any animal in his care is in good hands. Marcus is good with human interaction too! He is very communicative and reliable, so pet parents can rest assured things will go smoothly all around.
Marcus was great with my dog Peanut! He sent plenty of photos and updates while I was away. He even took my pup to the dog park which he loved. 10/10 would recommend!

Living so close to Lafayette Park is a great resource. I am happy to take your dog to the dog park if they’re used to doing that. Otherwise, I’m happy to walk them around the park. I also love to go down to the waterfront.

I give care primarily during the week, in the afternoon evenings. I work from home most days and can do some weekends when I’m not managing events.
