Availability, experience, & space! I have experience taking care of most breeds. Space for dogs to be comfortable, safe, & happy is the separating factor! I set my schedule & I mostly work remotely. If a conflict occurs suddenly I’m usually able to adjust schedule in a good times notice. I’m located directly across from a park. Essential to let dogs run & play. I also have extra rooms in apartment tailored for a dogs comfort.
