I'm a trustworthy dog lover.

Pet care experience

I've worked with dogs for about 6 years supervising multiple doggy daycare/boarding facilities located in Westchester County. I'm also certified in CPR for dogs. I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to dog behavior and reading body language. I am currently enrolled in the Master Class Program to become a Professional dog trainer/behaviorist at CATCH Canine Trainers Academy. During my time supervising the daycare centers in Westchester I was able to complete the modules of Knowing Dogs 101 and 201. During my time here at Rover i'd like to build my relationship with responsible pet owners and utilize my training skills while caring and watching your children that bark. Woof! All in all I love animals and I'd like to contribute my help for those who need it

Marco is a fabulous host, and Ginger was extremely happy and comfortable in his home. She got her own bed, she got tons of walks, she got a bath. She would have been perfectly happy to stay on with him. Highly recommended, very excellent provider!

We had Marco watch our dog Watson for a week and only have positive things to say about him. He responded quickly to all our messages, he was very understanding when our plane got delayed and had to pick him up a few hours late, and most importantly, Watson seemed to have a great time with him. We would definitely recommend Marco to anyone needing his services.

Marco was great. I felt confident that the dogs were in good hands. He responded quickly to any question I sent him and sent me updates and pictures throughout the week. I would recommend him highly and next time I need a dog sitter, he will be my first call.

Marco has watched my pet Pitt Xela (2 years old) when I've gone away overseas many times and I never have to worry if she's in well and capable hands. He made sure to send me updates with pictures while also respecting my roaming fees, lol. Marco's known Xela since she's been a puppy and has been an amazing dog sitter and I can proudly say to take advantage of this awesome dog lover. Once you meet Marco you will see he cares most about the dogs well being. I'm sure your baby will love him too.

Information Marco R. would like to know about your pet

No breed preferences. I would need to know a lot about the pup before sitting them. Questions would include the following: Does your dog get along with others? (Dogs? People?) How old is your dog? (Male? Female?) (Breed?) (Name?) At what age did you get your dog? Where did you get them from? Has your dog been properly socialized as a puppy? Has you dog had any aggression issues in the past? -Aggression issues consist of the following: *Leash Aggression *Food Aggression *Resource Guarding Aggression *Dog Aggression *People Aggression *Cage Aggression *Territorial/Protective Aggression *Fear Aggression *Play Aggression *Health Related Aggression Has your dog been spayed/neutered Is your dog comfortable around person's of all sizes? (men, woman, children, babies) Is your dog on any medications? Does your dog have any health related issues? Does your dog have any allergies? Does your dog have a history of seizures? Does your dog have separation anxiety? Is your dog comfortable being left alone for 15-30 minutes. Has your dog been housetrained? Is your dog noise reactive? Has your dog shown any signs of destructive behavior? Feeding instructions? How often do you take your dog for a walk? (How long? How many times a day?)

A typical day

Plenty of attention and love of course. Take long walks to the dog park. Play fetch and maybe some training depending on owner.
