Best Pet Caregiver Ever!
Pet care experience
I raised rabbits when I was in 4-H. I've worked in Animal Rescue rehabbing wildlife as a certified rehabber in Nebraska. I've had three dogs of my own. Cayenne, Wheatie and Izzy. I just lost Izzy at 14 years old in December of 2021. Izzy was my second rescue. And I've decided that I would like to utilize rover.com for a way to give my love to other people's dogs! I've served as President to Pets and People Humane Society in the past. I have a love for every creature wild or domestic. I am fun I am playful. I'm familiar with Agility and Fly Ball activities I know how to be careful, cautious and protective of your pet. I would consider myself my own best choice if I were looking for someone to care for my pet while I was away or needed any support or assistance with my pet. I am currently working Monday through Friday I am off by 4:30 pm during the week and available every weekend. Breaks during the day too. I will walk and play with your pet. I will consider your pet to be my entertainment and a guest in my home. Experienced with providing medications. I intend to take every precaution to keep your dog safe and well

Marcia took wonderful care of our dog Pepper. You can tell she has a great love for dogs and takes caring for them very seriously. She kept in contact with us daily and sent many pictures. I would definitely ask her to watch Pepper again.
Marcia will be a wonderful caregiver for your dog. She is a responsible animal lover with a long history of caring for her own dogs. She is greeted warmly by so many of the dogs in our neighborhood – including our beloved Sophie who does a delightful happy dance when she sees Marcia. I would trust her with our Sophie without any hesitation.

I have had three dogs previously. Two of them were rescues. Each of them lived into old age and had several medical conditions that I had to give them pills for salve eye drops ear drops you name it. They were all very cared for and loved. My belief is that animals deserve the same medical care that we would get. I am very responsible about getting it done on time and know that it will be done responsibly. Of course my rehab work with wildlife reflects experience as well as administering medications to wildlife to get them healed and ready to be released. That included feedings every 2 to 4 hours.
A typical day
I believe in both physical and mental stimulation for dogs and so I am near tier a park I would walk your dog through the park if you would like I could take him/her to the dog park which is very close as well. I can trim their nails I can take them to the groomer if you request. I will also play with your dog inside my house which is always a great place to play! I would love on them play with them kiss them and walk them while you're on vacation I believe if your dog could talk they would paws down say that they had been on vacation at my house and had a great time!
