Pet care experience
We are a married couple looking to provide high quality care for your pets. We will ensure your pets are happy and safe while you're away. We have extensive experience with dogs and cats of all ages . We've always had our own pets and know the value of feeling confident that your family member is well cared for in your absence. Chris has experience with pet care since childhood when he would take Harley, his border collie, on daily walks/runs. Marcia has cared for pets since childhood and was a vet tech prior to becoming a human nurse. We both have experience with giving oral, eye or ear medications. Marcia has experience with administering subcutaneous fluids to dogs and cats. Walks will be at the dogs preferred pace.

A typical day
We feel that walks are a great enrichment exercise. While walking we allow for lots of sniffing/smelling and often let the dog tell us where they want to go. As for the kitties, lots of pets and interactive toys are fun stimulation for the pet.

Availability
Marcia is a full time surgical nurse (Tues thru Fri) with evenings available for drop ins and walks. Chris is a recording engineer with a self made and highly flexible schedule.
