Pet care experience
A family with a fenced in yard, a dog door, walking paths and lots of love available to be the family away from family for your dogs. Recently lost our 2 dogs - ages 14 and 13 black lab mix and a boston terrier. We aren’t ready to get another dog quite yet, but want to have one to love on while their family is away. We loved our dogs and didn't like to kennel them while we were away, and preferred to have someone come stay with them. Both of us are home a lot because I work from home a few days a week and when in the office, dogs are welcomed. We look forward to loving yours too while you are away.

Our dog, a greyhound, stayed with Marci and her family for 5 nights at the end of August with no issues whatsoever. I was sent updates along with pictures on a daily basis. Texts were answered promptly and my wife and I were at ease during his stay. I would definitely recommend Marci and her family to care for your pet.
Marci is great and truly takes care of our Labrador pup as one of her own! Kona seems very happy to spend time with Marci and her two dogs named Kya and Raider. It's hard to find a place that not only your dog enjoys while you are away but also that you as the owner trust. Marci is that person for us!
Kona stayed with Marci and Ernie for 6 days. This was there first time as Rover sitters but they took amazing care of our chocolate labrador and he seemed to have a great time. Throughout his stay Marci and Ernie provided us with daily photos of their walks and play sessions and even sent us a couple of videos of him playing. Marci and Ernie also have two dogs of their own which made it more fun for Kona since he is such a social dog. All in all my wife and I were very satisfied with Marci and Ernie and will definitely use them in the future.

A typical day
Your dog will be walked daily either in our neighborhood or my work neighborhood. When time permits, a visit to Indian river park or Chesapeake arboretum is provided. Our almost acre provides lots of room to catch frisbees, fetch stock or catch balls.

Availability
Work remotely a couple of days a week and the other days, your dog can come with me. Our office is small and very dog friendly. Your pup will not be left alone for long periods of time.
