Hello, My name is Marcelo & I’m a music producer & engineer out of The Los Angeles Recording School in Hollywood, CA. I recently just moved back from LA to northern Virginia summer of 2018. I love our fluffy friends as I’m a father of a 4 year old Italian greyhound. As an established dog walker, I absolutely love this job. My experience comes from years of working at a veterinary clinic that also boarded dogs & cats with many aspects of pet care ranging from medicine application to dog walking. This, I have always had a passion for dogs & animals in general specially when it comes to pet-care. I look forward to taking care of your loving family member like my own- with respect, patience love & all the attention they need!

Marcelo is extremely kind to my dear Romeo. He makes sure Romeo is fed on time, has multiple walks throughout the day, and helped apply medication to Romeo's infection. Marcelo is always on time and is big on communication, so if he is late, he will let you know. I love when people treat other dog’s as their own, so if you’re looking for someone to do the same, Marcelo is the right person for you!
Marcelo is a grounded, humble responsible young man. This is not a job for him. It's a way for him to connect with animals and further his spiritual journey. He will treat your pets like family.

A typical day
We start the day, everyday, with a long 60-75 minutes hike! We have a wonderful park behind our neighborhood with a waterfront trail. This, the pups get a great dose of exercise, fresh air and freedom to start our days right! We follow up with coconut water for hydration and electrolytes, a yummy & healthy salmon snack followed by nap time after the pups get ALL their energy out :) We then follow up with play time throughout the day, a second walk & treat to keep the pups refreshed in the afternoon. In the evening, we finish with a solid walk, dinner if the owner requests they are fed before they return and a full day complete of fun! Woohoo!

I work in Pet-Care full time. So, everyday is an opportunity to serve our beloved furry-friends! I am very flexible on scheduling and I can also provide transportation per your request. After a decade of experience, your pup is sure to have a wonderful time here!
