Marcella is the best! I can't express how fortunate we were to find Marcella to care for our beloved dog, KiKi. From start to finish, our experience with her as a Rover sitter has been nothing short of great and very nice. Communication with Marcella has been outstanding. She regularly sent us updates, photos, and messages, allowing us to stay connected with KiKi even while we were away. Marcella is able to build a strong bond with KiKi. KiKi is somewhat reserved and has never felt so comfortable with a Rover sitter before. From the video, we were amazed to see that KiKi was so relaxed and slept upside down on the couch and allowed Marcella to belly rub her.
