I’ve been a dog lover all my life, from Betty the bull terrier when I was young to Bingo the blue heeler in my adolescence. This is actually one of the first times I’ve not had a dog living with me, and while it’s nice not having human roommates, I’ve found more and more that being around canines and seeing joyful wags in their tails makes me happy. A friend of mine told me about rover after I house sat and stayed with her 2 dogs, and it seems like a much better option than delivery driving! I’ve had the pleasure of trying to train puppies and the pain of cleaning up after senior dogs, and can say without a doubt, that nothing compares to a happy dog.
