*IF BOARDING OR USING DOGGY DAY CARE WITH US: We offer full-service bathing services for an additional $45 per dog. Full-service bathing includes: shampoo, condition, lotion, and blow dry. They'll come home looking and smelling like they just came home from the groomer! Just request service through messages at booking confirmation. Thanks for visiting our page! We're Marc and Ashley, and we're both self-proclaimed dog whisperers (and absolute dog lovers). We love them, and more importantly, they love us! We have a mini Golden Retriever (~45 pounds) named Sprite who is super friendly and LOVES other dogs. We live in South Boston in a ~1,100 sq foot apartment with a private and enclosed back yard. We're also right by two big parks, the beach, and another enclosed dog park. It really is a dog's paradise around here, and Sprite certainly loves it! We know that leaving your pet with a stranger is difficult and scary. We've been there! We just want you to know that you can rest assured that your pup is going to be happy and healthy with us and will enjoy every second with us. We're responsible for making that happen, and it's our inherent nature to make that happen for any and all dogs we meet, let alone care for. Also of note: we are currently working from home, which means your pet will have CONSISTENT company and care while staying with us. We have boarded many dogs, ranging from German Shepherds to Golden Retreivers to Puggles to Beagles to mini Golden Doodles to Chihuahuas to Pugs, so we are very adept at caring for and loving all breeds. If you have any questions about us, the care your pet will receive, or anything else, please feel free to ask. We are so excited to make your pet feel at home with us while he/she awaits your return!

Marc and Ashley are great hosts. They were very communicative throughout and also compassionate in handling our pup who has a lot of pandemic-related separation anxiety.
We were absolutely thrilled having Marc and Ashley watch Deacon! Such sweet, caring “dog people” - we never worried about how he was doing. Great updates and photos and Deacon came home clean and happy! Can’t recommend enough.
Marc & Ashley (Marc has been our primary point of contact) have been great about getting to know and take in our high-energy German Shepherd mix, which is no small feat. We feel very comfortable leaving her with them. They also make coordinating and communicating easy.

We have a fenced and private yard that is entirely safe and has its own potty area. This allows us to allow pets to go outside often, and not only on their long walks each day. There is also plenty of room in the condo for them to run around with Sprite and play.

We'd like to know about the dog’s temperament, any notable habits, age, feeding and potty schedule prior to hosting. We want to give him or her the best care possible and make them feel like they're on the exact same schedule as they would be at home.
A typical day
We will walk around the parks, dog parks, the beach, near the water, etc. There's so much to do around here, and we’ll play fetch and any other games that he/she enjoys!

We currently work from home and take our own dog on at least 3.0 miles of walks every day, so your pup will receive consistent care and attention and the exercise he/she needs.
