I had a Corgi, named Jake, growing up that I shared responsibility for. He was a family pet. My brother and I would feed him, walk him, play with him, and we even worked on training him. He was a very sweet, well-behaved dog and we spoiled him so much! When he passed away, I had the opportunity to make my own decision about owning a dog. I know I can’t make the commitment with my time spent away at work, but I love watching other peoples’ dogs! When my friends go on vacation, they count on me to stay overnight to watch their babies. I walk them, play with them, provide medication, and whatever else may be necessary to ensure a comfortable time away from family. I would really love to walk your dog on my one-hour lunch break!
