Hi, my name is Mara, I am 26 years old and I live in Laguna Beach. I am a caring and responsible animal lover and caretaker. I currently have a 1 year old cat named Artie. Additionally, I have fostered dogs for three years, feeding, playing with, and walking dogs regularly during that time, and I have grown up with dogs who I love dearly. Mara is the absolute best! We have a picky dog, who warmed right up to Mara. Mara watched our dog and stayed at the house for a ten day trip. She is responsive, responsible, and wonderful with our dog. She gave us regular updates and we trust her completely with our home and our doggy. We couldn’t recommend her enough!
I’ve known Mara for many years. She’s an extremely bright and caring young lady with a deep love of animals, especially dogs. She grew up with a dog and insisted on being the caregiver which included feeding and walking. When my family and I went on vacation or were away all day I would call on Mara to take care of my dog. Mara loves dogs, and dogs love her! When Mara is hanging out with dogs she treats them like close friends and she is always looking to show them a great time. Whether that means taking them to a dog beach, a long walk, or just chatting them while giving a good tummy rub, Mara always puts her dogs’ comfort over all else!!

I typically take the dog to the dog park down the road in the morning and walk the dog around the neighborhood in the afternoon. I also love to play games and fetch with the dog!

I’m currently a graduate school student, studying psychology. I only attend classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I have a lot of spare time to spend with your dog/cat!
