Pet care experience
I‘ve taken care of dogs since I was about 9 years old! It was the dog of my grandparents I took care and went to dog school with, back then. And also taught him some cool tricks. Now 3 years ago my family also got a puppy, Rudi, and I helped getting him potty trained, taught the main commands plus additional tricks and of course walking with him twice a day on a daily basis. He became my best friend! Now during my aupair year I also took care already for two different dogs in two host families. In my current hostfamily I do have a 14 year old York Shire Terrier, with heart disease,… And I had to take care for her for 9 whole days including giving her three time a day medicine 💊, changing pee pad, giving food, …

I HIGHLY recommend Mara to care for your pet. She is so kind and attentive. She asked all the right questions to care for my reactive dog and was so patient with him. Duvy took a liking to her almost immediately, and that is very rare for him! Look no further, Mara is amazing!

Mara liebt Hunde. Sie hat persönlich einen spanischen Wasserhundwelpen liebevoll erzogen und ihm viele Tricks beigebracht. Sie ist sehr zuverlässig und würde jeden Hund, für den sie verantwortlich ist, nie im Stich lassen. Mit ihrem Hund zu Hause geht sie regelmäßig zum Agility Training und große Runden durch den Wald, kuschelt und spielt mit ihm und ist die beste Hundemama ever. Auch die Pflege des Hundes übernimmt sie und wäscht ihn regelmäßig, schneidet Krallen, säubert die Ohren etc. und geht regelmäßig zu den Impfterminen zum Tierarzt. Hunde sind für Mara die besten Freunde und Familie!

I will care for your dog, however you want it! If the dog can get out in the yard and play there with me, I‘ll do it, but if your yard isn’t fenced/ you don’t have a yard, I‘ll definitely walk with them to do poop/ pee however you desire it!

I‘m currently doing an aupair year and my kids are in school, so I have plenty of time during the day (9am-2pm) but also in the evening (after 6pm)
