I’m not super happy with the service - I never even met Suki as a guy was the one who brought my puppy in and out (he said she was still sleeping?) - no explanation of his involvement and no message from Suki that someone else would be involved to that extent. He was a perfectly nice person, I was just confused and would have appreciated some communication. My puppy was with them for the entire day and they didn’t send me any pictures or updates on what they were up to. I messaged once to ask how he was doing, and they did respond, but otherwise I received no unprompted communication. Anyway, I feel bad leaving a negative review, but I want to be helpful to other dog owners who may be between options. I’ve just had much better experiences with Rover sitters and walkers, and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.

Manxi (Suki) helped watch my puppy Guava when she was 13/14 weeks. Suki was great she sent me updates and photos of how Guava was doing. She also watched her a few extra hours from our pickup time which helped out a lot. Thank you Suki for all your help!
