A walked pup is a happy pup.

Pet care experience

Hi I am Manuel (I go by Manny)! My wife, Adrienne, and I have two handsome dogs of our own, Uno and Padfoot! They would be ecstatic to have another friend (or friends) to run around and enjoy doggie treats with. A friendly dog never has too many friends… We look forward to having your dog in our home while you’re away. Since I am currently a student, I spend most of the day at home so I can accompany our furry guests. Along with over a decade of experience studying and caring for canines, I have undergone an enhanced background check and attended formal university courses in Animal Behavior at Southwestern University, accompanied by prior training certifications. All dog sizes are welcome. We look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)! ----------------------- To help you make a well-informed decision about whether to book with us, we’ve provided some key comparison information about the alternative boarding services in the area. Three of the top-rated boarding/kenneling services in the area range from $49-$82 daily per dog with extra amenities (such as walks and social interactions) ranging from$13-$120 per service daily. In contrast, we take pride that our service standard includes supervision, socialization, and exercise amenities ALL in one rate for ALL of our guests’ ENTIRE stay. **Kennel names are left out for professional courtesy. -------------------------

We left our fur baby Leo with Manny for the weekend. He took excellent care of our Leo, took him for regular walks, and gave us awesome tips on training. He sent us pictures and updates on a regular basis. My dog returned happy and well taken care of. We highly recommend Manny and will definitely use his services again. Thank you so much Manny!!

Manny provided outstanding care for Molly, our cherished Cavalier. The only area for improvement would be the frequency of updates; receiving just one picture during her daily morning walks left us wishing for a few more snapshots of her adventures.

We have entrusted Manny with our two boys since 2017 and will continue to do so. There was a gap during covid craziness, but we are so happy to see that he is available again. He remembered our boys and their likes and needs. Scout and Bandit were thrilled to see him again. Don't hesitate to book with Manny. He'll treat your pups like family.

Manny was so great for Miss Miley who needed a lot of attention being a 1 yr old pup. This was the longest we've ever left her, but Manny was reassuring, keep me up to date daily that I felt she was in the best care with him. Especially while away, she had an unexpected health hiccup, he promptly informed me, called & then booked in an appt w/my vet so she can properly be accessed. She was on medication while we were away & it was stressful! I am grateful that Manny's was there for her when we couldn't be. He was very professional & on top of it. I highly recommend him for your doggie needs! :)

Safety, trust & environment

Our guests are welcome to a large, dog-safe indoor space to roam and relax freely. I am comfortable administering oral medication and injections when appropriate scheduling and instruction are provided. Please let me know anything I can do in order to help your dog(s) feel more comfortable in my home and enjoy their stay with our family. -------------------------- Notes, Rules, and Regulations (Sec 1) Pick-up and Drop off times (Sec 1.1) The two (Morning before 10am or Evening between 6pm-8pm) pick-up/drop-off timeframes are established for the owner’s convenience and the only stipulation is that the timeframe that is used for drop-off is the same one that must be used for pick-up. (Sec 1.2) Late pick-ups past the scheduled pick-up times are available at a reduced nightly rate. (Limited exclusively to the scheduled pick-up day) (Holiday and Puppy premiums still apply). (Sec 1.3) Early pick-ups are of course allowed but once the booking is confirmed and the dog(s) has been dropped off (both statuses in conjunction); refunds will unfortunately not be available since the booking ‘spot’ cannot be replaced during the stay with another booking. (Section 2) We will make every effort to make your dog(s) comfortable, yet in few cases, the new environment may still be stressful enough to warrant a veterinary visit. This especially applies with senior or special-needs dogs. (Sec 3) Full-House Priority booking (Sec 3.1) Should you need a booking immediately while we are at capacity or within 48 hours (for last minute travel or emergencies) we can accommodate a space for an additional fee of $5.00 per day. So we HIGHLY recommend that you book with ample anticipation if possible. (Sec 3.2) When booking with Full House Priority rate, loyalty rates are not applicable. Again, I highly recommend booking as early as you can! (Sec 4) Loyalty Rates (Sec 4.1) Clients qualify for loyalty rates after their second and third stay booked. (Holiday and Puppy premiums still apply) (Sec 4.2) Our Companion and Ambassador rates take effect after a minimum of 2 nights have been booked per stay. (Sec 5) Challenging Behavior (Sec 5.2) All dogs that require additional attention due to poor social behavior, hygienic issues, or destructive behaviors after their first stay are subject to a rate increase to our Puppy Rate for the subsequent bookings. (Sec 5.1.1) Rates may re-evaluated and returned to their original amount if ‘challenging’ behaviors have discontinued. (Sec 6) Bathing and Grooming rates (Sec 6.1) Bathing services are provided in house for a $36 service fee per dog. (Sec 6.1.1) Bathing services may be unavailable to dogs who are not cooperative or receptive to the cleaning process. (Sec 6.2) Grooming services are available per request of owners or if dog(s) are not up to hygienic standards to be in contact with other dog(s) or people. (Sec 6.2.1) A third party mobile service is utilized for full grooming services with a price range between $75 - $175. (Sec 6.2.2) Due to necessary, direct supervision during grooming to ensure quality service and compliance, a $25 service fee will be included in addition to the grooming fee. (Sec 7) Immunization records (Sec 7.1) Immunization records are requested to verify the Rabies, Bordetella, Parvo, and Distemper vaccines for your dog(s). (Sec 7.1.1) Dogs without the Bordetella immunization may continue to book after acknowledging the elevated risk of contracting kennel cough when in contact with other dogs during the stay. Our hygienic standards make this highly unlikely but precautions should be disclosed. I hope the information above provides good insight as we strive to push the quality standard to the leading edge for both dog sitters and kennels alike.
