On the last day of watching my dog she was unable to make the final check-in/walk. She texted my emergency contact, who was in mid-flight back home) and never reached out to me via the app or directly via text. My 14 year old dog was left alone in a house for 16 hours. I get things come up but to not reach out to me via the app or try to make other accommodations on your end to fulfill your obligation is unacceptable.

Mandy was just delightful! She is prompt, dependable, wonderful with Wally & Hendrix, easy to talk to and clearly loves dogs!! Wally in particular has a new crush…something quite rare for him. Thank you, Mandy, for letting us have a care-free family vacation! We will definitely call on you again.???
