Mandy and her family were FANTASTIC! we were traveling from Columbus OH to Great Wolf Lodge and then finishing in Grand Rapids MI. Mandy was just about 10 minutes from Great Wolf Lodge and Cedar Point, so it was a very easy detour. Having a puppy, we wanted someone who could keep up with all her energy and have lots of patience. Mandy and her husband were the perfect match! They had two other dogs onsite who were very friendly and made friends with our pup right away. (They had 2 cats but we didn't see them) They had large fenced in yard, all hard floors (I was worried about a potty accident), crates and toys for the dogs but also said we were welcome to leave any personal items that would make the puppy feel comfortable. It was recommended we provide her own dog food to prevent tummy problems and we thought that was a perfectly reasonable request. She was very responsive to all questions/texts, didn't mind my questions, and made drop off and pick up times flexible. She even sent pictures e eeyday. Would recommed for sure and hope be able to use again.
