Pet care experience
I have had animal's involved in my life since I was a small child. I've had dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, fish, and birds. I currently have 1 dog, 3 cats, and some reptiles. Over the years I have house sat and had animal's in my home many times. My home is in a safe location in town with lots of parks to walk to and I am home all day. The dogs will have access to a fully fenced yard if they stay at my home and on weekends my husband and I visit local parks for hikes and nature walks. I plan to treat every animal like family and give an experience that will leave both pet and owner happy at the end of the day.

Mandy cared for my large breed dog for a week while I was on vacation. This was my dog’s first away from home experience. She is outstanding in considering what the dog needs besides being included inside the home: long walks multiple times a day, socialization experiences and keeping in touch about the day’s adventures! The best Rover ever you could ask for!! Mandy took my dog to a beach or park and on a walk every single day. She sent me tons of pics, and he seemed like he was having a great time. She’s definitely an animal lover, and I’m so grateful to have found her!

I do not have a breed preference as all dogs are amazing. I do require the dog to be good around cats as I do have cats. I do like to know behavior issues, where the animal is at with potty training, any type of training the owner is working on that they would like me to keep up, and how socialized the animal is and if the animals is potty trained. I do also ask that the dog/cat is up to date on shots and has some form of flea control.
A typical day
As I stated there are several parks locally that we could walk to. I like to mix it up and drive to local beaches, state parks(I have the park pass so the sky is the limits) and throughout town. There is also plenty of space in my fenced back yard for fetch or a good tug of war game.

Availability
I usually do trips to the beach or local lakes in the area once a day and do a walk locally once a day. I do gig work so the animal's needs come first and my schedule is flexible.
