I am an fully insured, experienced dog walker/sitter who adores large breeds, especially huskies, but I never say no to a small dog! When I adopted my dog, a seven year old husky, I learned a lot about dog training, especially socialisation and basic lead training which my girl had never been taught. I have experience in fostering dogs with issues surrounding socialisation, separation anxiety, fear of traffic and have helped them slowly and safely work through their issues. As a dog walker, I believe these skills will transfer well to any dog, so that they are safe and secure on any walk. I don't believe in letting any dog off the lead unless it's in a fully secure area, but I'm happy to run around with a dog even on the lead! I am also great with other animals and have a lot of experience taking care of cats, small furies and high maintenance fish tanks.
