Pet care experience
I’m an active, middle-aged mom with three nearly-grown kids, four dogs, two goats, and twenty-seven chickens. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t soon become a best friend! So, while I’ve been caring for animals most of my life, it’s never felt like a chore. I love spending time outdoors (no weather scares me!), especially with animals, and while I treat every pet like they were my own, I tend to your personal preferences and instructions with great care. Whether it’s one day together or many, short walks or long, I would love the opportunity to partner with you in bringing even more love and joy into your furry family member’s life!

Mandy is amazing!! I stress a lot about leaving my dogs and it was so nice to know that they were being well taken care of. I even received cute pics of them hanging out and spending time together while we were gone. Mandy went above and beyond what we had asked her to do. She is just the best!!!
Mandy is one of those people who I would feel comfortable booking repeats, last minutes, with complex animals, with lots of animals, with high energy dogs or low energy cats. She is truly an animal person, even more than other people I’ve met. She’s SO responsive, keeps such a clear & reliable schedule, and really cares about the animals she takes care of! Plus, she knows a lot about animal body language & is really incredible about paying attention to what the pet needs. I’ve been so impressed by the way she cares for and interacts with them!
Mandy has cared for our pets many times, including a cat, chickens, leopard gecko and aquatic turtles. She is attentive to their needs and very caring. I would entrust her with any of my pets.
It is one thing to be a kind and thoughtful person to everyone around you, but Mandy’s kindness is also for all the animals. She is such a caring nurturing person. She will take excellent care of your fur babies as if they were her own!

I’m a jack of all trades, so, while my life is full, it’s also very flexible! I work, part-time, from home, and set my own hours. Filling my days with work and play I love is my passion, so I’m excellent with time management. One of those passions is hobby homesteading, so I’m used to working with and prioritizing care for animals as part of my daily routine!
