I have two of my own and am currently a stay at home mom. I’d like to make some extra cash and get outside more, and would love to lend a hand in getting your pets out for a stroll. Since I will be bringing my baby in his stroller, I’ll have to limit our walks to two doggos and ask that each are under 40 lbs, for safety reasons. Any excitement upon seeing another dog friend or a bird would need to remain a safe situation, with me maintaining control. Playtime, company and exercise is what I can provide. We can play fetch for a while, take a walk around the neighborhood, or both. I am comfortable with all dogs, and would be willing to do just a drop in visit and potty breaks for larger pups after we meet. I have grown up with and around dogs, and am a big animal lover overall. With my husband being in the military, we’ve lived in quite a few places in our ten years of marriage and I’ve looked after pets for friends. My own doggies are a good example of what I can handle. My Teddy, who’s a 90 lb pit mix, can get overly excited and barky, and is still working on his manners. He tries to be a good boy but needs stern, tough love most of the time. Livvy is a 40 lb hound mix and is pretty nervous and skiddish, and needs more calm and more coddling. With these two as my best examples, I can say I’m pretty comfortable and confident with all types of dog temperaments. Whatever works with your dog will be what we apply.
