Pet care experience
I come from a family of dog lovers and have always had a dog in our home since I was a child. Recently my fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 and I really miss caring for him. I work from home and would love to take care of your dog while you are at work or on a trip. I understand that it can be nerve wracking for you and your fur baby when you have to leave, and I can assure you that I will make their safety and well being my top priority. I also have experience with elderly dogs and administering medication.

Mandi was absolutely fantastic with our pups! She was so good about communicating how they were doing and letting us know everything was taken care of. We got so many pictures and that really put our minds at ease. Arizona and Motley made themselves right at home and loved playing in their backyard! We will absolutely be using Mandi in the future and highly recommend her to anybody who needs a sitter!
This was our first time using Rover. We needed somewhere to take our dog for the day at the eleventh hour due to a roof replacement. Mandi was close by and available. She was responsive and answered our questions. The drop off was easy. She sent various pictures during the day and handed me a sweet handwritten card when I picked my dog up. Mandi was amazing!! I highly recommend her.

Omg! Mandi was the absolute BEST with my fur baby! From the moment he met her, he feel in love with her. She is so welcoming and genuinely a sweet person. She responded to every message quickly prior to booking and even scheduled a meet and greet with us so we would be at ease once we dropped our baby off. We have a fully fenced and secure back yard with grass. It is just my husband and I living in the home, with no children present.

Please let me know as many details as possible about your dogs temperament including the things they enjoy or hate. Please bring a couple of their favorite toys, a blanket/bed, their water and food bowl, food, feeding instructions, and rules you want to be followed (not allowed on furniture, no treats, commands, etc). Sometimes an old shirt or something from home that smells like you can help a bit if they are anxious. Crate trained is preferred, but if they are trained or well behaved and can settle down at night without a crate, then we will consider it.
A typical day
I know that physical activity or stimulating a dogs mind can get energy out and is vital to keeping a dog happy and less anxious when away from their family. I am able to walk dogs at least 3 times a day if needed, or we can play in the backyard. However. I am always mindful of the different needs of dogs depending on their age and physical limitations.

Availability
I work from home and have plenty of time for cuddles, and play time. We can do walks as often as 3 times a day, and lots of potty breaks. I am also available most weekends.
