I'm at home full time with not much to do but study, so your dog will not be neglected by me. I grew up with dogs and have raised a puppy on my own before. I used to volunteer at the Mckameys Animal Center walking dogs and playing with dogs in my free time. Walking your dogs is not problem. I can take your dog down to the green way park and walk them around for you or my nice neighborhood long as the weather is fine. As crazy of a breed as they are, I love Jack Russel Terriers and I own one of my own. Honestly, I am a pretty small person, so I would have trouble walking or taking care of a larger dog.
