Pet care experience
I've been around animals my whole life - dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, fish, lizards, hermit crabs...I don't know life without fur (or scaly) babies! I'm incredibly passionate about animal well being in general - I buy cruelty-free products and have been a vegetarian for 4 years; if animals can't speak for themselves, I feel that I should try to speak for them. Dog walking has always been very cathartic for me and it's never felt like a chore. I am an elementary school teacher and have all summer off and would love to spend that time with four-legged friends. Even when the school year begins again I will want to continue walking and sitting because spending time with animals is an awesome stress-reliever. I'm completely comfortable walking any size and any age dog and truly believe in treating any fur baby as my own. While I do love all animals, dogs are the most nonjudgmental and pure creatures; so who wouldn't want to spend time with them?

I have known Mallory for a number of years and can testify to her outstanding character, dependability and her immense love of animals. I love walking dogs anywhere; it really depends on the dog's preference. If the dog is social, I'd take him/her to a local dog park; if he/she is adventurous, I'd talk him/her on a hike; if he/she is more mellow, I'd take him/her on a walk in his/her neighborhood.
