Simply put, pet sitting brings me joy. I work full-time (three days a week remotely and two downtown), but love meeting new Rover friends and their people! I left my beloved senior dog at my family home when I moved to Austin, so taking care of your fur babies gives me my fix. What you can expect from me with overnights: safe, attentive, and patient care; two short walks or one long walk/park visit a day, and potty breaks when needed; on-time feeding and meds (if needed); brushing, playtime, and cuddling; and lots and lots of love. I’ll leave your house and yard as clean as I found it. Overnight visits defined: on weekdays, after work (5pm) through morning (8am) equals one night. Friday through Sunday I can be available more often throughout the day, including for constant supervision if needed. Extras (weekday lunch time drop-ins, evening feeding before you come home late the final night) can be negotiated! I love to get to know all types of dogs and cats - young and old, jumpers, pullers, shy ones, and everything in between. HUGE lover of senior pups. Every pet needs something a little different and I love learning your pet’s personality and preferences. I can work with medical needs and am experienced with giving oral and injectable meds, sub-q fluids, and feeding tubes.
