ABOUT ME: Hello! I am an avid animal lover. I have spent my life around dogs, cats, birds, and horses (so I’m comfortable with animals of diverse ages, sizes, energy levels, and temperaments). I love meeting and getting to know new pets! Your pet will be in good hands with me and I’ll treat them as my own! I am available for walks and drop-ins. My heart dog, an English cocker spaniel named Pippa, recently crossed the rainbow bridge so I have time and lots of space at home if you need sitting, daycare, or boarding services. I have been caring for animals since the age of 6, beginning with my own pets to pet-sitting for neighbors and friends. I began professionally offering pet care services in 2022 to a few personal clients and through Wag!, but recently joined Rover because of the greater flexibility and opportunities offered in this community!

Mallika was great! Regular updates and pictures, and Duncan got a lot of activity and attention. Would definitely recommend her and use her again for boarding!
Mallika did a wonderful job providing a day of care for our dog. She made the booking process seamless and answered all questions promptly, providing us with reassurance that she would be able to take great care while we were away. She sent several pictures and videos of our dog as well which was nice to see. We are very grateful we found Mallika.
Mallika was excellent. She sent frequent updates and showed our dog lots of love. We will definitely be calling her anytime we need a pet sitter.

ABOUT MY HOME: I live in a house with an unfenced yard, but I do have a fenced-in doggie run along the side of my house that I typically use for quick potty breaks. My home has plenty of space for your pets and all of their belongings. I am comfortable with administering medications including pills, drops, and injections. I am able to accommodate dogs from different homes at the same time. I will disclose any concurrent bookings to you prior to booking so we can discuss whether this will be a good fit for your pet(s) and if any accommodations will need to be made. I do have plenty of space and am able to keep pets separate if needed.

I love going on walks - my neighborhood is very pet friendly! At home, I love cuddling up on the sofa and giving your pups a lot of love, as well as playing with them to keep them occupied and entertained.

Availability
AVAILABILITY: I work part-time, so I am generally free for Drop-Off/Pick-Up Monday-Thursday before noon or after 6 pm. Weekends are more flexible. A text with your ETA for Pick-Up/Drop-Off is greatly appreciated! I am happy to schedule my other appointments around your needs. If you are running behind or ahead of schedule, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
