This person “took care” of my 3 dogs (2 huskies and one shih tzu) for 5 days and they did not follow any of my care instructions, did not walk them, likely kept them crated the entire time (I have a collar that counts steps and tracks gps in case anything happens) and they had 400-1200 steps when normally they are walking 12k-18k steps. Secondly, they are not supposed to eat together, let alone crammed in a cage, as was specified by my instructions on this app and in person. Of course mako is not eating because she can’t even get to her food in that tiny crate. I am also quite convinced that you just left them crated during the entire stay because even on the rare occasions that i don’t walk them (usually because i’m sick), they still average about 1200 steps. For your future information it is animal abuse to crate more than one dog in the same crate, and definitely not good to crate 3 dogs when two are much bigger than the third. When I returned back home with my dogs, they drank water as if they hadn’t had any in days i have never seen them that thirsty in my life, even after extra long walks. I am reaching out to you now for a refund for this lack of care. I have proof of them not being walked because the collars have gps on them, which i informed you about, and keeps track of their health and fitness. Also the video you sent of them eating all in one crate is clear evidence of you not following the care plan I had given. I understand that I am not perfect and was late to pick up and drop off, and i apologize for that, but that doesn’t excuse you not taking care of my dogs.
