The communication prior to the walk was great, but my timestamped security cameras showed that it was only 12 minutes from the time she started the walk to the time she left my house, so the actual walk itself was only like 9 minutes. She started the walk on the app before she had arrived at my house, so the Rover card said the walk was longer than it actually was. I asked for a refund since I had paid for 30 minutes and she barely walked him, and now I needed to pay another $15 + fees to hire someone else last-minute to come walk my dog again since I was gone at work all day. She didn't respond. I canceled the walk that I had booked with her for the next day and hired someone else.
