Caring for a client's home and pet involves many important steps to ensure both the pet's well-being and the home's security. First, I will always make sure to securely lock all doors when leaving and returning to the house. Keeping pets on a leash at all times to ensure their safety. Making sure to follow any specific instructions provided by the owner, such as feeding schedules, medication, or any particular routes for the walk is something I promise to do and always pay attention to. Cleaning up after the pet during the walk to maintain cleanliness and respect for the community. Lastly, providing the pet with fresh water upon returning home and spending some time with the pets to ensuring they are comfortable and settled before leaving.

Mackenzie has been amazing with my dog. She’s on time and trustworthy. My dog can be difficult since he’s full of energy and can be a little crazy sometimes but Mackenzie is very good with him. I would recommend Mackenzie to anyone that’s looking for a sitter or a walker. You can definitely tell she loves animals.
I am so happy I had Makenzie watching my kitten while I traveled for the holidays. She was on time, communicated perfectly (photos, videos, and real-time updates), and did everything I requested and more (feed, play time, clean, took out trash)! It brought me a lot of peace knowing my cat was being cared for so well all week and I am happy to have someone I can trust to visit my home.
