Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs of all sizes my whole life. I am currently away from my dog at home, I am at college. I have had two dogs. Cooper, my current dog, uses a doorbell and “talks” with buttons. I have worked to aid in training of two service dogs. I currently own two gerbils, but grew up with a turtle, rodents, and raising guinea pigs. At my job, I currently care for a dog missing one eye, as well as her owner. I take her out and play with her throughout my shift with her owner. I love to meet new dogs and be outside.

Makenzie was awesome! Super communicative and worked so well with Luna. Luna can be very high energy but Makenzie handled her perfectly.
She is responsible and great with her own dog as well as both of mine. Makenzie loves dogs and is great at taking care of them I believe she will make an excellent dog Walker.

During home visits, all rules will be followed to the fullest extent: crate times, walking, and potty breaks. I try to keep the animals under my watch away from other unknown animals, to avoid any possible incidents on either side. I keep careful watch of all animals in my care to ensure there is a safe environment as well as they are not getting into danger or escaping.

A typical day
I love to go on long, interesting walks. Exploring new places and smells on walks and play time. If desired, I love to play with pets in a safe and enclosed space. I love to take pictures of your pets and what they are up to when we are together!

Availability
I am in college during the mornings, but have the rest of the day to be open! I have time in between my morning classes so if needed, I can head off campus to make a home visit. If you send me a request, I typically can provide for the requested time, or very close to. I work most Saturday mornings, but am available in the evening.
