Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover, but dogs have always been one of my favorites. I have an 12 yr old bulldog that I absolutely adore and a 5 year pit bull terrier who stole my heart. I have worked on this app since 2019, but over my years of nannying and babysitting I have also learned to take care of a variety of pets (most commonly dogs). My goal is to give an affordable, easy, and genuine experiences to all my clients. I have a fairly flexible schedule around my full time job and am available most weekends, so I do have the ability to work around your schedule. Other fun facts about me are: I graduated from UMD in 2019 and am an alumni of a service sorority where I completed over 300 hours of community service. I now work as a Senior Behavioral Therapist for autistic children. In addition to Broly, I also have 2 leopard geckos - Ziggy and Sunny My name is Makenna and I am at your service!

Makenna did a great job taking care of our dog. She sent multiple pictures and updates so we knew things were going well. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly throughout the entire process.
Makenna will be a great dog sitter! She is very caring and responsible and has been Roxy’s (bulldog) loving human for 7 years. A true animal lover, Makenna will take great care of any pet.

I don’t have a fenced yard, but I’ll take my dog on regular walks and visits to the dog parks / his friends houses. I stick to a regular feeding schedule and always give my puppers attention and snuggles when I’m home.

Availability
Full time job (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) with ability to be flexible at start and end times. I am available most weekends and travel is not an issue for me.
