I have experience house-sitting for a wide variety of dogs and pets. I had long term house sitting jobs that required caring for an older dog, giving medication and shots, as well as training/caring for a new puppy. I am comfortable walking or caring for dogs of any size. I also grew up with lots of dogs in my home ranging from small to large and am comfortable caring for dogs or pets at any stage of life.

Makena was awesome for a quick drop-in for Stella to feed her and give her a bathroom break this weekend. I had to find a drop-in on very short notice and Makena was able to quickly figure out how to get into my place and take care of Stella, all without ever meeting me or Stella prior. She made sure to leave me an update with photos and lock all the doors upon leaving. Makena was professional and very responsive. She really saved the day this weekend and I’d totally book services with Makena again.
Makena went above and beyond our expectations and we hope to book here again.
Makena was great, I loved the pictures she sent during her drop-ins, helped my know my furry friend had company!
Makena is SO responsible and on top of it. She took awesome care of our dog who needs clear structure and boundaries because he has had behavior problems in the past. Makena was amazing. She enforced all of our million rules and our dog was so happy and comfortable with her.

I am currently working part-time and I own my own business (where I can work from anywhere) so I am extremely flexible! My part-time job only requires approximately 5-hour shifts so I am not away from home for too long.
