Pet care experience
Hello I am 23 years old my name is makeda I have been doing pet boarding and sitting for about 6 years now im certified in animal/pet psychology and pet first aid/cpr I'm currently only doing pet boarding I do this full time my business name is keda care but I like working through rover the clients are always nice but I have been dealing with animals for about 6 years now three of the years were spent doing pet boarding and the other two I have been pet sitting lately I am located in Chicago Illinois in avalon park I know of all emergency vets that are around and would be able to take your pet too the vet on emergencies if ever needed which hasn't happened yet so no need to worry about that but I take the safety and happiness of animals very seriously I am currently going to a certification school for animal Behavior but I have always had a love for animals so I will treat them with my upmost respect I follow instructions carefully and I can administer medicine(not injections) on a strict schedule I can provide treats and I always come prepared for an emergency or things that might be missing so let's work things out and see if I'm the right person for you

Very happy with Makeda! I know Coco is a bundle of energy but she came home at the end of the day and promptly laid down. :) Definitely recommend.
Makeda was absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend her. I was really nervous leaving my babies with someone New and I found her at the last minute, but she was very accommodating, understanding, and erased all my worries and concerns. Throughout the entire week she was very communicative and sent plenty of updates and photos! She was very sweet, professional, and is definitely great around all kinds of dogs! My babies now have a new sitter :-) Thanks Makeda!
Makeda I. cancelled a booking 4 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Makeda was very accommodating when I requested an orientation visit a week or so before the scheduled dogsitting, and impressed me not only by the details she had requested about my dog in advance but also with her recall of what I had told her. She sent several photos of my dog to me while I was away, and apart from a scattering of treats she left for my pet, she otherwise left no trace--very clean and respectful.

I always follow strict instructions given to me by clients and if not then I know how to take care of animals I am also willing to administer medication provide treats to administer medication walks or just letting them out to play if you have a fenced in yard I am always careful in clients homes as I currently will be doing pets sitting at the moment I truly try to treat others animals as if they are my own while taking care of them so you won't be seeing any negative change in your pets behavior while sitting with me

What type of medications they take ,what's there feeding schedule and your usually walk times if they are ok with treats I purchase or just there's, if theres any allergies that I should know and the dogs tempermant around other animals it's good knowledge for walks or being outside
A typical day
Atypical day is starting out with any food supposed to be given I usually follow walking instructions or I take out out every two hrs for Walks depending on your dog's tempermant to the outside or instructions given to me I'll typically spend all day with your dog I usually order grocery if needed for myself or dog as I do pet sitting I use lyft pet if I need to take dog to vet in a emergencies and rover has things to help with emergency Aswell but I've never had issue with that but the res tof the day is filled with encouragement and affection to your pet baby's and I send daily update pictures and I inform right away if l see any abnormalities in your pets behavior as well
