Growing up, my family almost always had a dog. I grew to love their genuine and playful nature, and I even considered becoming a dog trainer for awhile. I spent a lot of time learning how dogs think and how to help them pick up desired behaviors (it is possible to teach an old dog new tricks). Neighbors and family frequently trusted me to care for their animals while away, especially when it came to feeding and playing. I love working with dogs of all kinds, from big to small!
