Pet care experience
I grew up with all kinds of pets, caring for them my whole life, to grow up and turn animal care into a profession, I am a professional pet groomer with 6 years experience. After working in the grooming and boarding industry, I love that I can offer pet sitting at my home, where dogs can enjoy their own vacation and not in a kennel all day. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and everywhere in the middle!

We own our home with plenty of space to play, my 2 lab mixes (5 and 6 years old, 45lbs) are very energetic and love to play with dogs of all sizes and ages, they especially love puppies, but are well versed and know the older and smaller pups prefer to take it easy and they give them their space.

Information MaKayla L. would like to know about your pet
I try to keep your pups routine as similar to normal as possible, I prefer to use their usual food and treats and feed them as you normally would, (we do not allow free feeding/ grazing for the safety of the pets, but can allow access to food multiple times a day). If your pet has special needs such as medications or history of seizures, please notify us ahead of time. We have a 4ft tall chain link fence for the dogs to enjoy outside playtime and potty, if your dog has ever had a history of jumping fences or you are concerned at all, please notify us ahead of time so we can arrange a tie out instead to keep them safe.
A typical day
We live in a small town and take nightly walks with our baby girl, Emma, and take all of our pups with us to enjoy the sights and smells. (Weather permitting)

Availability
My schedule is very flexible, typically working 6-8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. The pups usually get outside at 5am, 7:30am, 3:30pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm.
