Pet care experience
I have been around pets my entire life. I’ve owned a wide spectrum of pets, ranging from bearded dragons to chinchillas. I have a lot of experience working on farms and in horse stables. I have helped take care of a lot of cows and horses. I also even owned 2 ducks! I love animals. The dog I have currently is a 6 year old German Shepard who is a trained service dog, but he lives back in Tampa with my parents. I have learned a lot of training techniques through that, but simple things such as: sit, stay, lay down and shake. I moved to Dayton and now own a 10 month old Golden Retriever. My boyfriend and I have taught him many tricks, while also teaching him to be obedient in public and at dog parks. I would be more than happy to help out with any thing I can for your pets!

Makaleigh is a loving person with extensive experience with a lot of different animals, from dogs to chinchilla to lizards. She will take care of your dog as if it were her own, and I would always want her to watch my pup!! Highly recommend :)
Makaleigh is one of the most caring people I know, whether it's with people or fur-people she is definitely someone that you would want around your fur-babies! My pups and her pup both adore her, so I have no doubt in my mind that any other dog wouldn't love her!
Makaleigh and I used to play softball together at the University of Tampa. She was an outstanding teammate and role model during our three years together. She achieved many accolades and is considered one of the best pitchers to come through the program. She would be a great candidate for Rover and will maintain the utmost professionalism.

I live in an apartment complex, so walking my dog is a MUST every single day. The amount of poop bags used is insane! We frequent dog parks a lot and pretty much take our pup anywhere we can (that allows dogs).

I have no breed preference. I would like to know where they like to be pet, what their favorite toys and treats are, and what makes them uncomfortable so I can avoid it.
A typical day
We will go on many walks, play fetch and take car rides! If allowed, I will take the dog to the dog park or dog beach. I will give them baths or take them for swims. Whatever the owner is comfortable with!

Availability
I work full time, but make my own schedule, so it is rather flexible. I own a car and live down town, so getting around is pretty easy for me. I am more than willing to fit pet needs into my day!
