Pet care experience
🐈 Currently in Knoxville until 5/20! I’ve petsit for a few years for friends and family as well as volunteered for about a year at Nashville animal shelters. I have a lot of experience caring for animals including bathing, feeding, walking, medical care, and exercise. I also have experience caring for reptiles and exotic pets- I have had pets including geckos, rats, snakes, and birds.

Maisy cared for our adult indoor cat for several days this past summer. Maisy has a strong work ethic and a genuine love for all animals; we were thankful to be able to rely on her to take care of our beloved cat while we were away and would definitely hope to enlist her services again in the future!
Maisy went above and beyond what we asked! She logged walks for Rayma, sent us updates, pictures, and worked extra when we got stuck in the Seattle-Tacoma hellpit for 4 days. She took care of a veritable zoo at my house with 4 rats, 3 cats, 1 dog, and 1 snake. She's worth her weight in gold as a pet sitter.
We were so delighted to find Maisy to take care of our pets. She is very friendly and polite a true animal lover. We have a lot of pets and Maisy was not intimidated to take care of them. Maisy has experience with all sorts of animals. She took excellent care of our two cats, fish, lizard and our 4 rats!!! She really took her time to give each pet what they needed and was very respectful of our property. Maisy has a true affinity for animals. This is evident in the field she has chosen to pursue as a career. If you need any pets taken care of Maisy is the one you want.

A typical day
I love to keep dogs engaged and have some experience training so I may stimulate them by working on a little trick for fun like shake! We’ll walk around campus where there’s plenty of trees and grass and tons of space- or if you book me in Nashville we’ll walk around my beautiful nearby neighborhood in which there’s a huge clearing with lots of sun.

Availability
I’m currently a sophomore veterinary student at UTK, so my hours are quite flexible but more afternoon-evening oriented. I have a part-time job but was recently told the company is closing and I wanted to get serious about doing what I love: taking care of animals! I am available almost every weekday and most weekends.
