Hi, my name is Maia and I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! I take pride in being a sitter because I know that I'm giving you peace of mind while also providing excellent care and love to your pet(s). As a pet owner myself (mom to one cat whom I adore, despite her being grumpy all the time), I understand how important it is to leave your pet with a responsible individual who will keep up with their daily needs. I like being outdoors so I can take your furry friend wherever they want to go, but I'm also a hermit and can hang with your cats all day. I have prior experience in pet sitting, as I started looking after cats in 2015 (including administering medication), and dog sitting/walking in 2021, including overnight care. I am a reliable, dependable, and nurturing person who will always put your animal first. Animals are always my top priority and I will do my best to ensure their best possible wellbeing. Maia is the best. Our young guy has never been left with someone he doesn't know and Maia really went out of her way to make him feel comfortable. She knew he was nervous and brought him a new toy, and that's when he knew he made a new friend. Maia was great at communication and accommodating our schedule. We received updates and photos of our guy smiling. The best part is, when we returned home, he took the time to show each of us his new toy. Thank you Maia. We'll use Maia again and again.

Dogs and cats can be creatures of habit so please tell me about their daily schedule-- walks, mealtimes, playtimes, etc. I think maintaining a routine as much as possible while parents are away helps make pets feel more secure. Are there any specific quirks or triggers? Medical issues I should know about? Please tell me anything and everything you think is relevant, no matter how small! The more detail I have, the better I can serve. I want to know how I can provide the best possible care!
A typical day
Activities are always specific to your pet's wants and needs! I keep in mind that every animal is different, so sessions are personalized from case to case specifically to your pet’s requirements. A short walk, a long hike/run, cuddles, fetch, or time to themselves, it all depends on what your pet is vibing that day.

My schedule is very flexible! I’m free most days in the A.M. and P.M. for drop-ins/walks/house sitting. I know how busy everyone's lives can get and I will always try to accommodate and do what’s best for you and your pets. Just reach out and we can coordinate!
