If only no stars were possible. Do not book him for a walk. Whatever you do just save yourself. I got him for an on demand walk and forgot to leave my keys in the lockbox. I came back met with him and brought him my keys. Was in contact with him through the whole walk as I was driving to work. Once I got there I realized he didn’t ask me what to do with my keys. I texted him and asked him what he did with them. He told me he left my keys on my coffee table and locked the door handle. 1) who’s first instinct is to lock keys inside of an apartment? 2) My door handle on my apartment doesn’t lock and the door can easily be pushed open if my dog were to jump at the door he would run out. Not only leaving the possibility my dog be running in the street but also leaving my entire apartment open to robbery. I called support and they sent him back. I texted him several times when he was on his way to call me so I could give him other instructions to get in the main doors and make sure my door was locked properly. He did not answer any of my calls but txted me when he had already left saying he couldn’t get in and that he did what he could. I am appalled that he would leave not only my dog but also my things in jeapordy like this with no remorse or sense of urgency. Don’t let someone so careless watch your dog or enter your home.
