Pet care experience
Hey there! I am Maggie and we have a cute pup named Oakley who wants some friends to hang out with during the day! We live in a house with a big back yard so your pup will get lots of play time and constant potty breaks! I love dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities! In college I worked at a doggie day care facility so I have experience caring for and handling a wide variety of dogs. If you have any special requests, I can work with that too. I am very responsive to text messages or calls and there will always be someone home when your pup is here. And don't worry, I never forget to snap a cute pic to send your way so you know your dog is in safe hands! Look forward to hearing from you!

Maggie is just wonderful. Lyla received a lot of care and attention. She is reliable, prompt, and trustworthy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My dog got to play with Maggie's dog so much when she stayed and it looked like they had a great time from the pictures Maggie sent me! I felt so much better than if I had let her stay home alone for the day while I was at work!
Maggie was so great with my dog and I know he enjoyed having that big back yard to play in with her sweet dog Oakley! She was very responsive to my texts, sent me pictures to update me about his stay, and when he came home he was nice and tired out. I will definitely be taking him back in the future!
I was excited to use Maggie as our first stay went well. On our second stay she left our dog crated for 5 HOURS and 30 Minutes, but she insisted she was gone for 3. We had asked her to crate for no more than 2-3 hours and she agreed. Because of the extensive crating our dog chewed all over her new wooden crate. When Maggie texted me this had happened it was over 24 hours after the incident occurred. I asked for the picture (I wish I could include it in the review) and I instantly knew she was gone a lot longer than promised. She didn't tell us about this until we were on the way home. I asked her to look at our dogs mouth and make sure there were no cuts. Our dog seemed physically ok. Maggie then asked to leave earlier than arranged, I'm guessing she didn't want to be questioned. I called Rover and let them know we had video surveillance and that our dog was crated for far longer than agreed. They credited us for the stay and recommended that we open a case for mediation with Maggie so we can try to get our crate paid for. I opened the case for mediation and sadly Maggie never replied. Rover then offered to pay for our crate and apologized for the crate. They reassured me they would reach out to Maggie before she is allowed to sit again. My advice....If you think Maggie is doing a great job and your pets are allowed to roam in your house...keep her. She will pop in and walk your dog and so on....and she seems good with that. If your dog needs to be crated when you leave, invest in a security camera to make sure she is being honest about her time away. 5.5 hours is way too long to leave any dog in a crate. We just didn't like being lied to about being at the gym for "a couple hours" when it was obviously a lot longer. Also, just FYI.....Maggie knew we had cameras all over the house. I have no idea what she was thinking.
