I've had dogs my entire life. I help out friends and family with their dogs and cats. Animals hold a close place in my heart. I have a golden retriever named Stella and she is my pride and joy. Because of my passion for animals, I've decided to pursue my dream career.

Maggie is a wonderful Dog sitter and our dog loves her! She gets very excited when she sees her walking up to the house. Maggie cared for our dog in our home for 5 days while we traveled. She followed all the instructions, sent us updates, took her on a few long walks each day and cuddled on the couch with her at night before going to bed. Out dog is young and came home during the pandemic so she was very used to everyone being around most of the time. She's adjusted to real life but can get separation anxiety. The last time we were away, she stayed with a family who host a few dogs and they said that our dog just wanted to be with them, not to play with the other dogs. We know our dog is safe and happy with Maggie staying in our own home. Maggie is flexible and reliable, very kind and thoughtful. We recommended her to a neighbor, and they were very pleased as well. We'll definitely use her the next time we travel and may ask her to walk our dog if we have to be out for more than a few hours some day in the future. In summary, we highly recommend Maggie S.!

I would like to know if they are skiddish or aggressive with new people so that I can approach them the right way. What are some incentives for them to behave or listen (food, toys, praise, etc.)? How often do they have to pee/poop? Are they confortable traveling in a car, or do they prefer walks close to home? Other important information I would like to know is feeding schedule and quirky behaviors I should look out for.
A typical day
If there is a backyard, I like to throw the ball or toy for the dog, I provide 2-3 walks a day to ensure sufficient exercise. If allowed, I like to give them treats or potentially a car ride somewhere safe. All activies will be planned ahead of time and brought to your attention. I only do activies that are in your confort zone and comfortable for your pet.

My experience with dogs is that I go above and beyond. While caring for your pet, I am with the pet most of the time unless I need to run a quick errand.
