I have cared for many pets over the past few years. When I pet/house-sit, it's often for overnights and have stayed for as long as 2 weeks, but am available to do longer with no problem. I have just returned from traveling and living in New Zealand and have a VERY flexible schedule while I look for a full-time job. I love to be outside and am active, so having the company of a furry friend on walks and hikes is always a delight! I have cared for as many as three dogs in one home at a time. I've sat for many breeds small and large, including pitbulls, great danes, pugs, boxers, mixed breeds, and many others. I have experience caring for dogs with anxiety and other needs. Why I love dog sitting I have always loved dogs. Pupper was my dog throughout childhood and I loved her so much! As an adult, I've travel quite a bit, so as much as I would like to have my own dog, I just don't feel like I can give one my full attention and travel as much as I do. This is why I love dog-sitting. When I am in town, I get to cuddle and play with so many wonderful dogs! My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication so long as I am given clear instructions on how to do so.
