Pet care experience
I have lived with dogs and cats for my whole life — all with very different temperaments, personalities, and idiosyncrasies — so I am very comfortable with every and all types of pet. I have a part time job so I am pretty available and flexible as for checking in on dogs during the days when I’m working and hanging out full time the days when I’m off. I live near the Blue Hills so there are plenty of trails — both short and long — perfect for dogs, especially those who love to sniff. I am a runner so if your dog is high in energy that’s no problem! I live on a 4 acre property and away from any main/busy roads so there is no limit outside playtime. I am a huge animal love and I’d be honored to get to hang out with your furry friends!

To whom it may concern, Maggie is a sweet, nice, very very intelligent young women. Maggie is an animal lover and a vegan because of her love for animals. Animals have always been a huge part of her home with Golden Retriever's at Maggie's side since she was and infant. Once you meet Maggie you will see her beauty and you will see why animals are drawn to her. I can't say enough about how special Maggie you and your dog will be so happy Maggie is in your life Bill W

Maggie was born a dog lover! Her family has always had a dog (or two). She even spent a couple months in Alaska taking care of an Iditarod team of dogs in freezing weather! Animals mean a lot to Maggie and she is a responsible and loving dog owner. In addition to her natural way with dogs and any animals, Maggie is responsible, loyal, and loves being outside. So, if your dog likes long walks in the outdoors, or playing with balls in a field, Maggie is your person! Deb W.

I keep a close eye on my pets at home and make sure they get plenty of exercise and stick to a regular feeding schedule. We have a small fenced in backyard, but I am a safe driver and can bring them to hiking trails nearby!

I’d appreciate knowing basic personality traits about a pet before sitting him or her but also I’m totally okay with getting to know your pet upon meeting them! Any and all breeds are welcome.
A typical day
We can take a drive to the local trailheads around Flagstaff to hike, run, and play or spend time at the dog park! We can play tug of war, fetch, or frisbee.

I will be working some evenings with lots availability during the day. Even while working I’ll be able to check in on your pets every few hours. Otherwise, I’m excited to spend as much time as I can with your pets!
