I grew up with two rescued dogs who lived long lives and have since passed on. I miss them dearly and would love to spend quality time with any dog, cat, or pet that needs some lovin'. I am that person that frequents the dog park without my own dog, simply because it’s my happy place. Since the passing of my own dogs, I have pet-sat regularly for family and friends and have also gained quite a breadth of animal care experience ranging between amphibians, reptiles, exotic animals, farm animals, and cat & dog veterinary work. I’ve also been involved with horses since I was 7. Basically, animals are my jam — I can only hope they think the same of me. Animal behavior is an interest of mine and each dog has its own personality (as do we all), so if you'd like I will implement training techniques or preferences that you know work with your dog. I also appreciate any background and updates about your pet’s quirks, habits, fears, preferences, and more. It is important to me to start off on the right foot and foster good relationships and positive experiences for your pet, myself, and others we may come in contact with. That's the beauty of individuality and getting to know each dog and what works well for them.
