Pet care experience
I grew up with Vizslas- a smart, strong, and VERY high energy medium sized dog breed. One thing my mother taught me was that if I wanted our girls to behave well and treat me with respect I needed to do the same to them and this is something I take with me to every animal I meet. In the past I have supported my sister’s dog walking business and become the neighborhood pet sitter for a number of different critters of all shapes and sizes. I understand the challenges of balancing the responsibilities of life and a pet I am here as a supporting team member in your life to ensure that your pet gets the love and respect it deserves by working with you to provide the highest level of care for your family member.

You’ll be very happy if Maggie takes care of your dog. She’s responsible, reliable and best of all loves animals. She goes above and beyond to make sure your dog is happy and safe. She kept our dog for the weekend and everything was great! Would definitely have her again.
I have known Maggie for about a year now and not only has she become a great friend and neighbor but someone who my cat Grace enjoys spending time with. I am a customer on Rover but Maggie has been someone I can turn to last minute and she , Maggie grew up in a family who has a long history of raising and training the dog breed Vizsla and it shows in the way she cares for Gracie. I am so excited for Maggie to be able to share her compassion for animals with your furbabies and for her to become your reliable, responsible and loving pet sitter.
Being a dog owner can be stressful, I personally am very picky about who watches my good boy. Knowing he's safe and with somebody responsible and truly knows how to care for a dog is so crucial. Maggie has been all of that and more. Barlo, my lab mix pup, loves his time with Maggie and I always know he's being well taken care of. She is a true dog person. I can't say enough good things about what she does! Thank you Maggie we appreciate you and highly recommend you as a dog sitter!

I believe that dogs have their own personalities and react to stressors differently, just like people. Therefore I would like to know about your dog’s personality so I can show them the respect they deserve and provide an optimal level of care. If I will be walking with your dog I definitely would like to know how they are on a leash, how they are around other dogs, what gets them excited, and if you are currently implementing any training methods with them that I can continue. Overall I just want to know what I can do to keep both your pup and myself safe.
A typical day
I live between the Las Olas Riverwalk and Victoria Park so there are many fun places nearby that I frequent for your pet to explore. I love to explore myself so if your furry friend has any favorite spots they would like to explore I would be happy to learn more.
