Pet care experience
I can't wait to spend time with your pets and give you comfort knowing such an important part of your family is safe and happy while you are away. I have grown up surrounded by animals and adore them! Specifically, I've had two dogs throughout my life and currently spend a lot of time with my roommate's cat and my best friend's dog :) What sets me apart from other sitters and walkers is that I have experience with many types of animals with varying needs. One of my dachshunds was paralyzed, giving me lots of experience with special needs animals and the patience it takes to look after them. I also have experience with puppies, senior pets, cats, and many other animals and will always be willing to give your pet the care they deserve.

Maggie is amazing! I can’t say enough great things about her. She’s responsive, thoughtful with updates and pictures of your pet, and makes it so easy to not stress about your pet’s wellbeing when you are away.
I definitely would have Maggie care for Steely again for the reasons to follow. Her hours were very flexible to care for him and could get him out at least every 6 hours. Maggie interacted very well with Steely and he took to her right away. For me it was important as he is very excitable, protective of his environment and very reactive to other dogs. But Steely is also very cuddly which was evident by the animated photos she shared with me. Photos of your animal family members are very comforting and she got that. Finally Maggie was very responsible leaving my home the way I left it.
Great first weekend having Maggie care for our two dogs! They seemed happy when we returned home and everything was kept so neat. It means so much to have total peace of mind when leaving for a few days.
Maggie was great, very easy to communicate with and provided prompt updates on our kitties along with pictures every day.

I always will make sure I understand what is expected of me when I am in your home and taking care of your pet, to ensure the safety of them and your house! It is a huge act of trust to allow someone into your home to take care of it along with a member of your family. I never take this responsibility lightly! I am more than happy to do anything to help client comfort levels and provide reassurance of how their pet is doing while they are away! Open and consistent communication is essential! I also am always appreciative if my clients are conscious of the vulnerable position I'm in when staying in their homes or meeting up with them initially, as I have had some experiences in the past with clients that were not very trustworthy.

I’m a grad student in the physical therapy program at Marquette University and live in Riverwest! I am able to be flexible due to my classes and work around many different schedules!
