This was our first experience with Rover and let me just say that Maggie has set the bar VERY high! There are not enough words to adequately thank Maggie for how she took care of our two pugs! Last minute we needed a sitter and Maggie was the first person we reached out to and she immediately responded with wanting to meet the pugs. Maggie stayed in our home to care for our pugs. Maggie was professional, dependable and extremely caring. Our one older pug Batman required a lot of attention and had many needs including medication and diapering. Maggie took on the feat with no issues and ensured us he was safe along with our other pug Dallas. While on the trip Dallas unexpectedly got sick and Maggie immediately contacted us and resolved the issue by going to the pet store and picking up a different dog food. Maggie contacted us often with pictures and daily updates. She even facetimed us so we could see our puppies! Maggie went above and beyond for our Batman who was really struggling at the time and would rock him and walk him around in her arms to keep him comfortable. She spent sleepless nights ensuring the comfort of our animals and did so with a smile. Maggie made us feel like our babies were being loved just as much (if not more!) as if we were there ourselves. We are incredibly thankful for the meeting Maggie and for having the ability to trust someone not only with our home but with our babies. You would be doing your pet a favor by leaving them in Maggie’s care, she is one of a kind!

Maggie was fabulous and I could tell from the start that she really enjoyed the puppies(albeit, the size of some adultl size dogs!) She wasn't even concerned that there were 2! Maggie also took the time to listen to the most important details for them and make sure that they were well cared for. Highly recommend!
