I'm Maggie! I have two dogs, Piper and Ella. Piper is a collie and Ella is a Goldendoodle. Both girls are house trained and hang out at home while I am at work. Piper has a little bit of anxiety, so I am also good about comforting dogs with anxiety. A great benefit of me is that I work about 10 minutes away from home and I often come home during the day at lunchtime to hang out with the dogs. If that's the case, the longest they would be home alone would be about 4 hours. I've been watching dogs for 7 or so years now and have had a dog since I was 5 (I'm now 25.) Now that I own my own home, I prefer to have the dogs here. I am very careful of the dogs and am always nervous about things, so when they go out, I go out. I monitor all play at all times. Dogs enjoy our regular evenings spent on the back patio playing fetch. If not playing fetch, I like to sit out on the porch as they play and I read. When I'm home, I spend all of my time with my dogs. A great plus to being a homebody is having animals to share that with. I hope you consider me! If your dog has stair restrictions, I do have a guest bedroom I can sleep in on the first floor. There are 4 stairs to get to the back porch from the backyard and I am very strong and can carry!
