Pet care experience
Hello! I've been a dog lover my whole life and currently have two rescues Hank (12yr old basset lab) and Binkie (9yr old corgi lab). I've been helping friends and family with pets for a while but also have been doing dog walks/checkins, dog sitting, daycare, and boarding with clients in the Charleston area. I've worked with senior dogs that need help going up/down steps, those who are blind, deaf, needed regular meds (including shots). I've done puppy training with my two thru Petsmart but can reinforce any training you may need. I love all the dogs I work with as my own and can even send picture updates and text messages during visits or walks

Maggie has been amazing for last minute doggie care. She’s taken care of both my troublesome chihuahuas, for both walks and pet sitting. She’s super caring when it comes to the unique needs’ of each doggie. She has the patience of a saint! I can say when I was going through a crazy time she was there for me. I can count on Maggie and highly recommend her for all dog care. She genuinely cares.
Maggie is one of the only people I trust to watch my dog. My dog is a handful! And she handles him like a pro! She's caring and genuine and will love your pup like her own.

I do not care for pets in my home. I can care for them in their owner's homes. I end up taking all the pictures and giving all the head scratches and snuggles. I don't leave the pet alone for long periods of time. I take them on walks through the day. I can follow any feeding, medication, training, or other care instructions and send updates.

A typical day
A fun activity I like to do with dogs is play fetch and tug of war. I love to snuggle with them and give all the head scratches and belly rubs. I love to find cool shady spots to walk around. If I take a dog out of their neighborhood, I enjoy parks like Hampton & Colonial Lake.

I am currently freelancing and starting up my own pet care biz in the area. I generally get walk requests from 10am to 7pm during the week and can also do day sitting on weekend.
